Spiral Stone Washer

The spiral stone washer separates dust and impurities from sand by taking advantage of the property that particles of different grain sizes and densities exhibit distinct settling velocities in fluid: fine, low-density particles settle slowly, while coarse, high-density particles sink rapidly. Under the uniform agitation of spiral blades, the machine achieves the integrated functions of dewatering, impurity removal, lifting and conveying materials.
