CS11 Recovery & Dewatering Unit

This integrated machine combines hydrocyclone classification, fine sand recovery and high-frequency dewatering, developed to solve fine sand loss problems in sand washing plants.

Key highlight: It can recover ultra-fine sand up to 200 mesh (particles ≥0.075mm).

Different from conventional recovery equipment that cannot capture ultra-fine particles, our unit greatly reduces fine sand loss in wastewater, raises output, adjusts fineness modulus and optimizes stone powder content of finished sand.

It consists of wear-resistant slurry pump, high-efficiency hydrocyclone, PU high-frequency dewatering screen and tank. The slurry is pumped into hydrocyclone for particle separation. Recovered ultra-fine sand falls onto dewatering screen for high-frequency vibration dewatering. The discharged sand has low moisture content and can be directly loaded or stacked.
