Linear Dewatering Screen

Our dewatering screens are mainly used for processes including sand dewatering and desliming, coal slime recovery, coarse separation for filter pressing, coarse separation for filtration, as well as dewatering and recovery of other ultra-fine materials.

Featuring excellent performance, durable construction and easy assembly & disassembly, we supply multiple models such as low-frequency and high-frequency dewatering screens to meet diverse production requirements.

When matched with a fine sand recycler, they form a complete fine sand recovery unit, effectively reducing fine sand loss during sand washing by sand washers.

Working Principle

It adopts dual-motor self-synchronization technology, universal eccentric blocks and adjustable-amplitude vibrators. It mainly consists of a screen box, vibrator, support system and motors.

Two independent vibrators are driven synchronously in reverse rotation separately via flexible belt couplings. The component forces along the vibration direction generated by the two sets of eccentric masses are superimposed, while the reverse centrifugal forces offset each other. This produces a single excitation force along the vibration direction, driving the screen box to perform reciprocating linear motion to realize dewatering, desliming, material recovery and other processes.
