This machine features a large crushing ratio with freely adjustable output particle size, which will not be affected by the wear of plate hammers and liners. There is no screen bar at the bottom, so it seldom gets blocked when crushing materials with high moisture and mud content. Both dry and wet crushing operations are available. A high-strength magnet is installed at the feeding end to block iron impurities from entering the machine and prevent equipment damage.

Thanks to the vertical shaft structure, materials undergo multiple crushing processes, ensuring a high finished sand yield while maintaining large throughput. The rotor of the vertical plate hammer sand maker adopts a unique structure, so the rotor suffers barely any abrasion during centrifugal crushing. The heavy cubic plate hammer can be used on multiple sides. The vertical layout is equipped with multiple large maintenance doors, enabling easy replacement of wear parts without lifting equipment.

Working Principle

Materials fall evenly into the high-speed rotating crushing chamber through the upper distributor. Under the high-speed impact of hammers and centrifugal force, materials are thrown out at high velocity to collide and grind against surrounding liners. After repeated hammer impacts and material-to-material collisions, the materials circulate in eddy currents formed between plate hammers and liners for multiple rounds of collision and friction until crushed.

Materials go through four identical crushing cycles from top to bottom before being directly discharged from the bottom. This forms a closed-circuit multiple crushing loop. The finished particle size meeting customer requirements is controlled by adjusting the rotating speed and matching screening equipment.

Product Features
