Apron Feeder

The apron feeder is suitable for mining, sand and stone, building materials industries. It performs continuous and uniform feeding of lumpy and high-specific-gravity materials. It can receive large stone blocks and stably convey materials to crushing and screening equipment.

Adopting thickened apron plates and heavy-duty transmission structure, the machine features large load capacity, impact resistance and low material jamming risk. Its running speed is adjustable with stable feeding performance, adapting to wet, large-block and high-abrasion working conditions.

With robust structure and easy maintenance, it supports continuous operation matched with crushing production lines, serving as reliable feeding equipment at the front end of medium and large aggregate production lines.

Note: The above technical parameters are for reference only. The actual throughput depends on material bulk density, operating speed and material bed thickness. Custom manufacturing is available upon request.

The above throughput is calculated based on bulk density of 1.5 and material bed thickness equal to 30% of the apron plate width.

If the operating speed doubles, the throughput will double. Similarly, if the material bed thickness doubles, the throughput will also double.
