ZSW Vibrating Feeder

The ZSW Series Vibrating Feeder is a heavy-duty, linear vibration feeding equipment independently developed for mining and aggregate crushing production lines. It is specially designed to deliver continuous, uniform and stable feeding of lump, granular and powdery bulk materials, serving as the core front-end feeding equipment for coarse crushing systems.

Driven by a dual eccentric shaft exciter, the machine generates stable and powerful vibrating force, which effectively bears the impact of large-volume and heavy materials. Different from ordinary feeders, the ZSW vibrating feeder integrates feeding and pre-screening functions in one unit. Equipped with optimized grid bar structure and adjustable gap design, it can automatically separate fine materials, soil and impurities from raw ores during feeding, effectively avoiding material blockage, reducing the load of downstream crushers, and significantly improving the overall operating efficiency of the crushing line.

This series of feeders features stable vibration operation, low noise, strong bearing capacity and long service life. It supports stepless feeding rate adjustment with optional variable frequency motors, realizing intelligent and precise control of feeding volume without frequent equipment startup and shutdown, which greatly reduces energy consumption and maintenance costs. The whole machine adopts a robust welded steel structure with excellent rigidity and wear resistance, adapting to harsh working environments such as high-strength mining operation and heavy-duty material conveying.
