Dewatering Screen

Our company manufactures dewatering vibrating screens, which are mainly applied in the following processes: sand dewatering and desliming, coal slime recovery, coarse separation for filter pressing and filtration, as well as dewatering and recovery of other ultra-fine materials.

Featuring excellent processing performance, long service life and easy disassembly & assembly, our product lineup includes low-frequency and high-frequency dewatering screens of various models to meet diverse production demands.

When matched with fine sand recyclers, they form an integrated high-efficiency fine sand recovery unit, effectively reducing fine sand loss during the sand washing process of sand washers.

Working Principle 

It adopts dual-motor self-synchronization technology, general eccentric blocks and adjustable-amplitude vibrators. The equipment mainly consists of a screen box, vibrators, support system and motors.

Two independent vibrators are driven synchronously and reversely via belt couplings. The component forces generated by centrifugal force from two sets of eccentric masses superpose along the vibration direction, while reverse horizontal centrifugal forces counteract each other. This produces a unidirectional exciting force along the vibration axis, driving the screen box to perform reciprocating linear motion, which realizes the processes of dewatering, desliming and material recovery.
