Euro Grinding Mill

The complete set of European-style grinding mill mainly consists of the main mill, powder classifier, blower, jaw crusher, bucket elevator, electromagnetic vibrating feeder, storage bin, bag dust collector, pipeline assembly, cyclone powder collector, electric control cabinet, motors and other components.

The whole machine adopts a vertical structure, featuring small floor space and high integration of complete supporting equipment. The transmission device of the main machine adopts a sealed gear box to ensure stable transmission. Key components of the mill are fabricated from high-quality steel, so the whole unit delivers long service life and reliable performance. The electrical system of the grinding mill adopts centralized control with well-matched components and a high degree of automation. The vibrating feeder boasts compact size, light weight, easy adjustment and low power consumption.

Large lump materials are crushed to the required particle size by the jaw crusher, then conveyed to the storage bin via the bucket elevator. The electromagnetic vibrating feeder feeds materials uniformly, quantitatively and continuously into the grinding chamber of the main mill for pulverization.

Ground materials are carried by airflow from the blower into the powder classifier for classification. Driven by the classifier impeller, materials failing to meet the fineness standard fall back into the grinding chamber for regrinding. Qualified fine materials flow along with airflow through pipelines into the cyclone powder collector for separation and collection; finished powder is discharged via the discharge device. The separated airflow flows back to the blower through the return air duct on the top of the cyclone collector. This system is a closed-circuit circulating system operating under positive and negative pressure conditions.
