The three-pass dryer is also called high-efficiency combined dryer, which adopts European energy-saving embedded structure technology. The inner cylinder, middle cylinder and outer cylinder form an integrated self-insulation structure.

Features of Three-Pass Dryer
1¡¢The equipment investment accounts for about 20% of imported foreign equipment. It is made of wear-resistant manganese steel plate, whose wear resistance is 3¨C4 times that of ordinary steel plates.
2¡¢The initial moisture of materials ranges from 5% to 25%, and the final moisture can be controlled below 0.5%¨C1%. It is the preferred drying equipment for slag powder plants of cement factories, dry-mix mortar production lines and other drying projects.
3¡¢Its thermal efficiency is about 40% higher than that of traditional single-cylinder dryers, with heat utilization rate over 90%.
4¡¢It can use various fuels including anthracite, bituminous coal, coal gangue, oil and gas. It can dry lump, granular and powdery materials with particle size less than 20¨C100 mm.
5¡¢It occupies about 50% less floor space than single-cylinder dryers and cuts civil engineering investment by roughly 60%, with easier installation and operation.
6¡¢No air leakage occurs, thoroughly solving the sealing difficulty.
7¡¢The discharge temperature is ¡Ü60¡ãC; materials can be directly sent to storage silos without cooling in cooling sheds.
8¡¢The outer cylinder temperature is ¡Ü60¡ãC and exhaust gas temperature is lower than 120¡ãC, doubling the service life of matched dust removal equipment.
9¡¢Its coal consumption is about one third of single-cylinder dryers, power consumption reduced by around 40%, and natural gas consumption per ton of material ¡Ü10 cubic meters.
