Brief Intro to Sand-Making Line Process Flow

Stone materials are evenly fed into the jaw crusher for primary crushing by a vibrating feeder. The coarsely crushed materials are then conveyed to a fine jaw crusher or impact crusher for secondary crushing. After crushing, the materials are sent to a vibrating screen via belt conveyor for screening. Stones meeting the feed size requirement of the sand maker enter the sand‑making machine for sand production, while unqualified materials are returned to the fine jaw crusher (impact crusher) for re‑crushing.

Materials discharged from the sand maker are screened again by the vibrating screen. Qualified sand is sent to the sand washer for cleaning, and the cleaned sand is delivered by the finished‑product conveyor as final products. Unqualified mixed sand and stone materials are fed back into the sand maker for re‑crushing. This production line finally forms a two‑stage closed‑circuit circulation. Multiple configurations are available according to customers’ requirements.
