Dewatering & Recovery Integrated Machine

The dewatering and recovery integrated machine, also known as fine sand recovery and dewatering integrated machine, is mainly used to dewater sand washed by sand washers, as well as recover and dewater fine sand from the wastewater discharged by sand washers.

This machine is widely applied in sand washing operations. The dewatered sand boasts better appearance and more reasonable gradation, which better meets the requirements of construction sand for infrastructure. When connected with a sand washer, it features a reasonable structure, small footprint, and lower investment cost compared with two separate units (fine sand recycler + dewatering screen).

The dewatering and recovery integrated machine is a new-type fine sand recovery unit integrating material dewatering and recovery. It is generally used in wet manufactured sand production lines.

The built-in dewatering screen further dewaters and deslimes finished materials from the sand washer, while the recovery system of the equipment reclaims fine sand from the wastewater discharged by the sand washer.

It effectively solves common drawbacks of sand washers, such as high moisture content, high mud content, excessive dust and difficult impurity removal in finished sand, and greatly improves the quality of final products.
