Aggregate Crushing & Sand Making Production Process

The sand and aggregate production line process is as follows: 

Raw material bin → Vibrating Feeder → Jaw Crusher → Impact Crusher → Circular Vibrating Screen → Sand Making Machine → Wheel Bucket Sand Washer → Fine Sand Recovery Machine → Finished products of various specifications. 

All machines are connected by belt conveyors. Finished aggregates of different specifications are produced sequentially starting from the discharge end of the circular vibrating screen.
