Vibration Feeder

vibrating feeder is widely used in the metallurgy, coal mine, beneficiation, construction materials, chemical, grinding materials and other industries, connecting with crushing and screening equipment. It can feed the blocky or granular materials from the storage to the accepting machines evenly, regularly and continuously. Especially in the crushing production line, the ZSW series vibrating feeder is used to feed material to crushers and pre-screen.

Working Principle

The vibrating feeder consists of vibrating frame, springs, vibrator, motor vibration frame and motor. The vibration exciter is made up of two specific eccentric shafts engaging. When assembling the two eccentric shafts, the gearwheels must engage according to the marks. By the forces of motor, the two eccentric shafts rotate to produce the complex linear excitation force, which makes the frame in the forced vibration. Under the vibration, the raw materials slide and jump forward in the groove to achieve the result of feeding. When materials move through the area of grid bars, the small materials will fall down through the gaps between grid bars to achieve the function of pre-screening.
