operational principle

The material passes through some feeders on the machine and evenly falls into the high-speed rotating machine cavity. Under the high-speed impact and centrifugal force of the grinding block, the material is thrown out at high speed and collides and grinds with the surrounding lining plate. After hitting and colliding with each other, the material will collide and rub with each other multiple times between the grinding block and the lining plate through the eddy current formed by the material, resulting in crushing. It undergoes four identical operations from top to bottom, and finally is discharged directly from the bottom, Forming a closed circuit with multiple cycles, the finished product is controlled by the speed and screening equipment, and the particle size required by the user is transported to the finished product area.

Our vertical multi-stage coarse powder machine is different from the horizontal European coarse powder machine. Its discharge particle size is controllable and adjustable, and the proportion of fine powder under the 120 mesh sieve is relatively small. The proportion can be flexibly controlled according to user requirements!
