Perlite Fine Crushing Production Line Process Introduction
In accordance with your requirements and based on the characteristics of perlite ore, we hereby present the detailed crushing process as follows:
Raw ore is fed into a bar feeder with screening function for pre-screening. Materials smaller than 5 cm fall through the screen mesh, while lumps larger than 5 cm are conveyed into Primary Crusher No.1 for crushing.
The undersized materials are transported via belt conveyor to Vibrating Screen No.1 for secondary screening. Fine particles below 3 mm are delivered to Finished Product Area No.1. Coarse materials over 3 mm are transferred to the belt conveyor behind Primary Crusher No.1, then fed together into Secondary Crusher No.2.
Ore crushed by Secondary Crusher No.2 is sent to Vibrating Screen No.2. Materials larger than 30 mm are circulated back into Secondary Crusher No.2 for re-crushing, forming a closed-circuit crushing loop.
Fine fractions under 3 mm screened out by Vibrating Screen No.2 are conveyed to Finished Product Area No.2.
Materials ranging from 3 mm to 30 mm from Vibrating Screen No.2 are directed to the double roll crusher for further comminution. The discharged material from the roll crusher is sent back to Vibrating Screen No.2 to constitute another closed-circuit circulation system.
The whole production line adopts a configuration of three crushing stages and two screening sessions. It effectively prevents over-crushing of materials while maximizing production capacity.
