    Construction Waste Sorting Production Line Process

    Below is the process flow of the construction waste treatment production line for your reference. Please feel free to contact me if you have demands for construction waste treatment.

    Construction waste is fed into a plate feeder, and then delivered to a soil-stone separator for separation. The undersized material after separation is conveyed to the fine material finished product area.

    The oversize material after separation enters a 6-station sorting platform for manual sorting. After sorting, the material is fed by a vibrating feeder into a jaw crusher for crushing. It is then transported via a belt conveyor with a suspended magnetic separator to an impact crusher for secondary crushing.

    The crushed material is sent to a vibrating screen for screening. Two types of finished materials from screening are separately conveyed to Fine Finished Product Area A and Fine Finished Product Area B. The other two coarse materials C and D are respectively sent to air separators for winnowing.

    After winnowing, the materials are transported to clean sand and gravel aggregate area and light material area respectively. This completes the entire crushing and screening process of construction waste.
